Q1. Can I try out a lesson before admission into a school?
A1. Yes, we would like you to enter our school after you have recognized our education system.
   So we prepared a *1 time class ticket* at a low price, that you can use to try out a trial lesson
   with us. Please use this system for your pleasure..


Q2. How long is the membership effective for?
A2. The effectiveness of your membership begins when you pay the admission fee or take a formal class.

Your membership will be continued for as long as you use our class.
In the case that you hand in a withdrawal notice, or don't take any action within 1 month after your ticket has finished, we will withdraw your membership altogether with all records about you.


Q3. Can I take the class even if I am late to the lesson?
A3. Yes, you can. But there is no extension time when you are late.


Q4. What should I do if I'm dissatisfied about my teacher?
A4. If you have a complaint about your teacher, please contact us by using the Contact Form.

We will also counsel you once every 3 months, and at that time we will ask you to evaluate your teacher.

So you also can tell us your complaint about your teacher at that time.


Q5. Can you change my teacher?
A5. Yes, we can change your teacher if you are not satisfied about the teaching method, or when your motivation feels low, or if you just would like to change your teacher.
In each of these cases, please contact us by using the Contact Form.


Q6. When I can't hear the sound of the teacher during the class, what should I do?
A6. If it is very difficult to continue the lesson, please contact us by Skype. (skypeID : e-comchinese)

After a voice check by our Support Center and if there is a problem on the teacher's side, we cancel the class at no charge for you under the condition that you tell us about the problem within 10 minutes from the starting time of the lesson.

In the case of a problem on the student's side, we can not cancel the lesson but we will help to solve the problem.


Q7. I can not attend a class because something is wrong with my PC or intenet line.
  What shall I do?

A7. In case of a problem with the PC or internet line at the student's side, you will pay the normal cancel fee except when you noticed us the problem not later then 24 hours before the start time of the class.


Q8. Can you extend the time of a class?
A8. If you want to extend the duration of the class, please contact your teacher directly or our Support Center by Skype. If the schedule of your teacher is open, you can ask your teacher to extend the class by 30-minute increments. In that case, of course, the necessary points will be consumed to extend the time.


Q9. Can you shorten the time of a class?
A9. You cannot shorten the time, in that case, please let us know.


Q10. My teacher disappeared from Skype during the class. What shall I do?
A10. If the connection has been disrupted during the class without any notice from your teacher, please contact our Support Center by telephone or Skype (SkypeID : e-comchinese) immediately.

We will respond immediately.

If we can not solve the problem within 10 minutes, we will take the following actions - you will be:

① carried forward to the next lesson

② transferred to another day

③ switched to another teacher

Consumption of the point in the class is as follows,

Less than 15 minutes after the start of the class : 0 Point

From 15 minutes to 45 minutes after the start of the class : 1 Point

From 45 minutes to 55 minutes after the start of the class : 2 Points

(Note : when there is lack of time, we will extend it to the next class)


Q11. There is no call from my teacher though the lesson has begun.
A11. In that case, please contact our Support Center by telephone or Skype (skypeID : e-comchinese) immediately.

If we can not solve the problem within 10 minutes, we will take the following actions - you will be:

① carried forward to the next lesson

② transferred to another day

③ switched to another teacher

The business hours of our Support Center are from 14:00 to 24:00 every day.
For hours other than business hours, we will serve you the next day.


Q12. I was logged out suddenly and was not able to log back into Skype during a class.
   What shall I do?

A12. You can not cancel the class in this case. Please contact our Support Center by telephone or Skype (SkypeID : e-comchinese) immediately. We will support you so that you can return to class.


Q13. I received a report from my teacher that the teacher can not attend the class because of
   problems, just before the class or after the class had already begun.

A13. In case of a class cancellation from the teacher's side for reasons related to problems with the teacher's side PC, Internet line or any other item, we will contact you immediately.

We will take one of the following actions – you will be:

① carried forward to the next lesson

② transferred to another day

③ seitched to another teacher

In addition, if there are frequent changes or cancellations of classes from the teacher, we will change the teacher to another teacher.


Q14. A cooling-off system
A14. You can cancel a contract unconditionally within eight days from the issue of a written agreement.

The issue of a written agreement means the date we send you the e-mail titled, "Confirmation of payment & Notice of class start" after confirmation payment of your payment.

Therefore, after receiving this email, you can cancel by sending us a specific form or e-mail, within eight days from you received "the issue of a written agreement".


Q15. About cancellation midway
A15. We return you the remaining fee, after deducting the termination fee.

The cost to cancel is normally 93 Euro.

Usually the damage is either lower and amounts the maximum of (31 Euro or 20 percent of the remaining money).

For example, if you bought 418 Euro (48 points), and spent 209 Euro (24 points). At cancellation, you will receive 209 - 93 - 41.8 (209*20%) = 74.2 Euro

If you would like to cancel on the way, please inform us by e-mail or Skype.


Q16. About the withdrawal agreement
A16. When you meet the following conditions, we deem it as a withdrawal from our services.

1. When we receive your withdrawal notice.

2. When you do not buy a new ticket within a month you run out of points..
(does not apply when you give us notice about your recess)

3. When you seriously damage our students or our service.


Q17. Can I use a softphone like Skype, instead of Skype?
A17. We recommend that you use Skype currently because of its high quality sound level.

We do not use Yahoo messenger nor MSN messenger because they do not have such a good sound to study a language.


Q18. I want to customize my class. Can I?
A18. Yes, we will respond to your proposal as soon as possible.
